Company Director
Peter is the Managing Director of Foster Capital Inc.
He specializes in civil and commercial litigation appearing before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Privy Council and is the Head of Chambers and Partner at Peter I. Foster & Associates.
Peter also heads the Firm’s Banking and Securities, Corporate and Transactional and Insolvency and Restructuring portfolio and is a consultant on all litigation matters undertaken by the Firm.
Peter was elevated to the Inner Bar in September 2012 and is one of Her Majesty’s Counsel. Peter is presently the Speaker of the House of Assembly in Saint Lucia. He has acted as a High Court Judge in the British Virgin Islands and in Anguilla and as a Magistrate in Saint Lucia.
He is a former Chairman of the Saint Lucia Tourist Board, Chairman of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards, Mayor of Castries and Chairman of the Castries City Council.
He is an avid runner, having completed the New York Marathon on two occasions and maintains fitness as an important regime in his law practice.

Claire is the Director of Foster Capital Inc, and also the Managing Partner of Peter I. Foster & Associates.
Claire specializes in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law and Insurance Law and heads the Firm’s Conveyancing and Mortgages portfolio.
Claire is an expert in the preparation of complex mortgages and is the authority on Conveyancing, and Corporate law.
She handles the firm’s corporate business and mainly leads the Alien Landholding Licence applications, the structuring of investments for large property developments and for purchasers of property in Saint Lucia by non-nationals and nationals alike.

Isa is the Business Development Officer of Foster Capital Inc.
Having joined the firm in February, 2016. Isa handles the processing of client applications, carrying out due diligence procedures and liaises with the Financial Services Regulator Authority.
Isa is also a member of the Rotaract Club of St. Lucia.

Luke is a Barrister at Law.
He is presently practicing in the United Kingdom and is also the Business Development Officer for Europe.
Luke is responsible for business development of Foster Capital Inc. in Europe.
