An offshore company must be incorporated through a Registered Agent and have a Registered Office here in Saint Lucia. The Saint Lucia Financial Services Centre is home to the world’s first public online International Business Company Registry, PINNACLE St. Lucia.
The legislation allows International Business Companies the right to elect whether or not they would like the identities of the owners, shareholder and officers to remain confidential and also the right to elect to pay corporate tax at the rate of zero or 1%.
